Transition to something New.
Leasing Agent:
Pros: I had no experience in the field whatsoever.
Shortly after just being hired on the spot. I realized I could either sink or swim.
I learned that I love to work with people and I love to market online or do presentations. I am good at talking and making money.
Cons: If you have a poor boss, it effects your mood to work and your willingness on the job. After being sent to another location. I realized I had no back up plan and that I didn't just want to be a leasing agent for forever.

Cons: Not having all the teaching tools to do my job better.
