Management and Work Flexibility.
Learning and Development Consultant in Bangalore:
Pros: My work flexibility - there is no certain time that I will need to punch in or out. As long as work is done none question me.
Customer relationship : Speaking to various clients from across the globe is an experience by itself - I mostly deal with mid level to senior level clients.
Work environment : Positive and hence happy.
Cons: Risky sometimes : Since everything around in a sales industry is about revenue - the projects I deal with directly is directly proportionate to the revenue of a department.
