Cons: Poor technical skills inside management & un easiness in trusting the technical skills
November 2019
Disorganized project management with Low Pay and high stress.
Lead Software Engineer in Manchester:
Pros: The products will help sick people have a better life.
Cons: Disorganized project management that micromanages their engineers and relays information on a need to know basis.
There are no road maps showing how project milestones will be completed so engineers just do work without being able to see the finish line. Teams are constantly setup to fail because of skeleton crews and constant need to lower burn down rate.
The company doesn't care about individual career progression at any level more than lip service.
