Lead Operator Operations in Erie:
Pros: The hours fit my lifestyle very well. I feel challenged, and I am constantly learning new information about meat and the way it is processed. My coworkers are all very friendly and supportive, and the management is very hands on. I see the owner of the company on a weekly basis, and he knows all his employees by name. The product is a very well-known and enjoyed local staple.
Cons: While I enjoy learning new things, I also feel that sometimes I am moved to frequently to really gain the knowledge I need in any one department. This has not been a serious factor as of late.
