Great work, poor pay.
Lead Hand in Hamilton:
Pros: The daily variety of the job. Time goes quick as I interact with multiple people and am in charge of getting the final product out the door on time. Most people are also good there. Friendly management.
Cons: Low pay, no benefits or pension available. Constant revolving door with employees. No HR in place.

Depends on what kind of work you do.
Lead Hand in Grande Prairie:
Pros: You can work as many hours as you like. The money can be there if you don't care how much overtime you work.
Cons: Treated like garbage. People pick favorites pretty fast. At least where I work people act like they are still in high school.
