November 2022
Landscape Foreman in Fort Worth:
Cons: not many hours always feeling pressured and rushed short staffed expectations are over the roof with no people to do the work always expecting a property for 5 crews to get done with two crews always short on eather edger blades or weed wacker string or work uniforms no bonuses false advertise rite there and seems like the managers only look out for them selfs and the hard working people dont get nothing but a kick in the but.
January 2022
Landscape Windsor.
Landscape Foreman in Windsor:
Pros: As a landscape construction designer and foreman, the jobs are plentiful and elaborate. Housing is booming and it seems there is more work than anyone can keep up with. Windsor is a great little town with decent people that are pretty well to do.
Cons: Working in Windsor is fine. Living in Windsor can be tough with the cost of living so high here.
July 2021
Hard work and inconsistent resources.
Landscape Foreman in Acworth:
Pros: Leniency I’m being a few minutes late and flexibility for essential appointments and vacations.
Cons: Stress, lack of adequate resources human and mechanical… poor management foresight in terms of time requirement per job. Low pay for expectations of performance especially to be managing 70 accounts and training employees simultaneously to mowing and pruning. Low grade applicants hired to help mainly because of low wage requirements due to the fact that applicant were homeless or prior felons or completely in experienced in field.

Not small enough to hate it but not big enough to like it.
