January 2019

November 2018
Kitchen Supervisor:
I love working for Boston’s...The management truly cares...Good pay... Availability to work up in company...As well as work at other restaurants that are in area... Receive paid time off... Sick pay... I have worked for a lot of restaurants, An Boston’s is in the top three!...

Comfort inn Conference Center.
Kitchen Supervisor in Mt Pleasant:
Pros: I like my job alot, and enjoy the people and environment I work in. Ive really been given the opportunity and spread my wings and soar here! Ive learned alot here. I could see myself working here a long time.
Cons: We have a guy at work who has consistently been excessively late since his first day starting (1-4 hours late everyday!) And nothing is being done about it. Infact he is being promoted to kitchen co-superviser! He hasn't the slightest idea how to cook and doesn't care about his job. And is praised and rewarded for it! That's the ONLY problem I have with this place. I feel like it is a direct slap in the face for hardworking people like myself who treasure our job. It's not fair to any of the employee's...and they all see that. Thats the ONLY complaint I have. I love my job.
January 2017
I surprise myself of my own ability to manage a kitchen.
Kitchen Supervisor in San Diego:
Pros: I like the fact that I come across something new to learn or something interesting to research or study. Ive learned allot about people, personalities, and the performance based on those personalities. Being able to teach some one how to cook and why certain procedures is priceless.
Cons: I hate the fact that I have worked hard but yet quickly but the bosses don't match my pay with what I do. I can't set a pase for employees to work comfortably if the chef has favoritism and nepotism.
April 2016
Perks.
Kitchen Supervisor:
Pros: I like being around the kids & school atmosphere. Not having an upper management in my kitchen. Mostly corresponding by email with the GM.
Cons: Cutting labor hrs when we need that time to prepare. Means more added work, always rushing to get everything done. The pay rate is too low & they don't acknowledge seniority. Also, favoritism goes on.
October 2015
Security.
Kitchen Supervisor:
Manage closely, plan one week ahead for expenses. Clean and planned operations are a must.
March 2015

Kitchen Supervisor:
Pros: I enjoy cooking great food for customers, as well as training people to be as good as me or better in their job.
Cons: When staff choose not to listen.
