Always ask these two questions before accepting the job: How many mandatory hours will be required for this position beyond the classroom hours? (i.e., programs, staff meetings, teacher training, fundraisers, carnivals, dinners, parties, etc, etc.) Next, what amount has been set aside for a classroom budget (or will I have to spend my own money?)
