Pros: Family-friendly environment company, with friends that you will keep for life, coming from a long-relationship among themselves. Opportunities to grow technical knowledge and options to work on a homeoffice scale. Paid lunch, kitchen infrastructure and occasional work parties.
Cons: Below-average pay. Worldly-compared weak coin payment. Unavailability to increases in payment due to non-transparency and pandemy-induced loss of contracts with company clients.
