I wear many hats.
Junior Account Executive, Advertising:
Pros: I like that each day can be different from the next. I enjoy getting to have a range of responsibilities. I enjoy being part of a small team who know each other well. I like that my bosses do not micromanage. I like that the atmosphere is laid-back and enjoy the work flexibility.
Cons: I do not like that I do not have a specific role. I do not like being used as the person who does all the things no one has time to do. I feel like the work that I personally do is not making a difference in society. I do not like that I stare at a computer screen for most of my day. Most days I do not have enough to do and I am underemployed.
