I like Honeyville Grain but I do not care for the amount of employees they have recently hired or those employees themselves. Very disrespectful, inconsiderate, and dirty slobs.

Cons: The fact that the employees are slobs and inconsiderate and expect me and my co worker to clean up their messes. They don't seem to care about anything but themselves.

Pros: It's home, so I feel like I'm in the right place when I go about my day.
Cons: Any time that an authority figure leaves or retires, older customers take that as free pass to be disrespectful to the little guy and treat them as sub-human, just for trying to do their job the way it's taught to them to be done. simply because a particular individual of authority that kept them in line is no longer there, does not grant them free reign to act like they're the boss and feign ignorance when you attempt to have them reprimanded for their overstep in authority.
