F&B Controller.
Inventory Controller:
Pros: It is a very rewarding, stressful & demanding job yet very satifying when things fall into place. You learn how to manage the stock, knowing what to buy & when. Stock issuing to the reletave departments & monitoring stock consumption as to what has been issued.
It is quite a convenient job in terms of my work week as it is a Mon - Fri , 8 - 5 kinda job but dont be fooled as you dont always leave at the time you want or need.
Cons: You always the last person in the line , reason being you start & finish all things like creating Purchase orders & Goods Receipting it into the system before printing count sheets. If all invoices / goods receive has not been captured on the system then it will show an incorrect count for Stock received vs stock counted which equals incorrect consumption due to goods not being captured dispite having been received.
