Inventory Control Specialist Reviews

What is it like working as an Inventory Control Specialist?

May 2021
Great place to work if you are new to the industry.
Inventory Control Specialist in Mississauga:
Pros: Room for employees to further study.
Cons: Employees working more than the required hours and less pay.
December 2020
Lack of Quality Leadership.
Inventory Control Specialist in Austin:
Pros: Depending on what department you are in, there are chances for upward mobility and self improvement at Everi, if you are aggressive enough
Cons: Management doesn't recognize the talent they have, and often place reward and confidence in the wrong people because of being out of touch. There is also a great lack of accountability from the top down, and it is hard to break through that to accomplish improvements.
December 2020
Challenging and easy at the same time.
Inventory Control Specialist in Hebron:
Pros: Being able to see the fruits of my labors
Cons: The increased hours pulling me away from my family.
September 2020
Under Paid.
Inventory Control Specialist in Kennewick:
Pros: No two days will ever be the same.
Cons: I feel like I am not paid fairly for the responsibilities I hold.
April 2020
It is very stressful and very challenging. I have a specific day and time I have to meet every week.
Inventory Control Specialist in Rohnert Park:
Pros: I love all my coworkers and most of all I am very dedicated to sportsman's Warehouse. I believe I am the one and only employee that knows ehere, what , how things need to be done, where everything is and what we have in stock to a T. As well as what is the most priority, how to cover each department and especially 100% Customer service awareness
Cons: #1 is the revolving door PROMISES FROM THE MANAGER OF THE STORE SCOTT BATY, AND THE NEVER ENDING RESULTS FROM ANY OF HIS PROMISES. I HAVE WORKED FOR SPORTSMAN'S WAREHOUSE ROHNERT PARK, CA SINCE OPENING 2016 TILL PRESENTLY 2020(but I did leave to work for casino for $15 for 8months out of those 4years and came back cuz they had never filled my position yet while I quit). Plus I love my job title I know and they know that my position could be filled but I could never be replaced ever. I could do inventory control specialist 1 & 2 by myself weekly and still be completed and never be behind. Plus they've been owing me for a year and 3 months now additional .24¢ a hour and have not gotten yet
February 2020
Terrible.
Inventory Control Specialist in Lawrenceville:
Pros: I work alone most of the time.
Cons: They have unrealistic expectations that they place on employees without providing what they need to complete the job
July 2019
Can be rewarding.
Inventory Control Specialist in Tuscaloosa:
Pros: Helping our firefighters keep our city safe
Cons: Upper management that knows nothing about the jobs they are managing
