What is it like working as an Inventory Clerk?

Pros: Work at my own pace work at night.

Tough Cookie.
Inventory Clerk:
This position sounds about as easy as it can be. Be patient, you'll be dealing with more than one department and vendor. Be courteous, sales associates can be quite animated while under pressure with a client try helping them out as much as possible. Be respectful, dealing with other departments, vendors and managing a team of lot attendants can be quite the work but always keep in mind to remain respectful of others while under pressure. Be organized, this is a MUST you have to know where a car is at all times in its stages of preparation for the lot. Sounds easy enough except you're dealing with cars already on the lot and fresh cars that arrive. Follow the system or make one where you can see all you need to see (i.e. Times, dates, quotes, parts, etc.). Communication is key to being in the inventory department.
