The management of the Edinburgh Call Centre in Leith are completely unprofessional. There are too many things to list, the worst offence is probably lack of staff welfare. The facilities like broken coffee machines, dirty and broken equipment and dirty toilets don't help either.

Pros: I like what I do. I like speaking with general contractors, working with our clients and the people I work with. I like typing up reports based on what we were told and being detailed.
Cons: The people. The amount of work that is given to me. The stress of being the only person in the department that can do anything due to lack of employees.
