International Sales Manager:
Be able to determine the correct schedule required for the varying lead size and quality. Attribute the correct amount of resources to ensure the maximum return on effort for the organization. Don't fall into the trap of a one sized fits all selection, and don't equate quotes delivered to being the deterministic metric for your operation. Its easy to paper the world in proposals and sell none.
