Intermediate Accountant Reviews
What is it like working as an Intermediate Accountant?
January 2020
New Job Title w/ No Clear Direction to Go Up From.
Intermediate Accountant in Mayfield Heights:
Pros: I like the tuition reimbursement program, giving me the opportunity to go to school and get the master's degree I've always wanted. I also like the ability to do projects/make improvements to things to prove myself.
Cons: I don't like that I know my salary is below the Cleveland area average. I don't like how slow change is at the company if/when it's ever implemented. I also don't like my new supervisor, and how I feel confident in saying that I can do a better job in his position than he can.
