What is it like working as an Interior Designer?

Opportunity of a life time.
Interior Designer:
Pros: I finished university and landed an internship at my current company where I am expected to grow it by 30-40% within 3 years. I am the only interior designer and do all the design work with clients, which means I have the responsibility as a senior designer would of had. I work with a very high-end clientell and woth large budgets.
Cons: There isn't much bad over all except the lack of teamwork and communication in the office. Quite unorganised.

Interior Designer:
Pros: I get to work on a wide variety of projects that I am very passionate about, and enjoy working with a great group of people.
Cons: I do not get paid enough to make my bills, and have very limited vacation and sick time.

Pros: Creating healthier environments for people to enjoy as well as educating the client on sustainable practices.
Cons: The cut throat budgeting to compete with Chinese prices for manufacturing furniture/fabric/lighting.

Pros: Its creative imaginative little hectic stressful sometime but still love to see our end product our hardwork.
Cons: It has no time limit.

Pros: Creative, beautify the world a little.
Cons: Under appreciated, over worked, under paid.

Pros: I love the atmosphere, I love working in a field I'm passionate about, I love the constant opportunity to learn. I love the creativity.
Cons: The pay.
