Fast pace and High stakes. We go quickly because there is always too much to do. So you either sink or swim.

Pros: I love the scale of design and the wide range of design
Cons: This is hard to put in words but I think it would be the lack of follow through and how they smoke and mirrors our salaries. Raises are hard to negotiate and they make you feel... almost naive for asking at times.
