Pros: Working in Green Bay has a great vibe and the people here are understanding.

January 2017
Interactive Designer in Barrie:
Pros: I love being able to have a lot of creative freedom, I've had a lot of opportunity to work on huge projects that I may not have been able to work if I had started in my field working for a larger office/ on a creative team...being young/ less experienced. These projects bring billboards and complete website redesigns as well as print ads, videos, blog, email and social media marketing.. I've really had a chance to do it all!! I like being able to work on multiple projects in a day, do webinars, read articles, expand my knowledge.. I'm really looking forward to branching out to a creative team soon to collaborate. I love my office culture, everyone is like family - it's a place I look forward to going ... Most days ;)
Cons: My pay.. I know I'm worth much more... Only earning $25k a year hurts.. I know I'm talented and worth much more. Also my seating arrangement I wish I had my own office so I could create in peace rather than chaos lol.. I sometime have to do admin work and I really want to branch away from it.i think it gave me a great foundation for the content I create but I don't want to do it any longer my skills are far better creating.
