Insurance Claims Adjuster Reviews

What is it like working as an Insurance Claims Adjuster?

January 2022
Good Company, growing property claims team.
Insurance Claims Adjuster in Nashville:
Pros: I really enjoy my current position due to the level of trust I’m given in completing my work, along with assisting coworkers in any way.
Cons: I wish some processes were streamlined a little better. Don’t think my current pay rate is fair based on the additional responsibility with the role on top of maintaining current work load.
October 2021
Making a Difference.
Insurance Claims Adjuster in Oklahoma City:
Pros: As a trainer manager, I am able to put my knowledge and teaching skill to good use and raise up the next generation of capable, independent, critical thinking problem solvers to be introduced into our career field. We give them a friendly, hands-onearning environment that can help a newly licensed adjuster grow and thrive. I am so greatful to have been afforded the opportunity given to me, and to be able to show that gratitude by helping others grow.
Cons: The hours are demanding, but the job itself is awesome. Once you learn the procedures, the rest just falls into place. The resource system can be a little tricky to navigate at first, but once that is achieved, the rest is smooth sailing.
August 2021
Insurance Claims Adjuster in Lubbock:
Work life balance is non-existent. You are micromanaged. Corporate treats frontline workers as disposable laborers. Allstate says they care about their employees and policy holders, but they only care about money.
October 2020
Busy, fast, fulfilling.
Insurance Claims Adjuster in Frederick:
Pros: Flexibility, work from home, customer service based work where you provide a valuable service to the customers.
Cons: Work overload is an unavoidable hurdle during the busy storm season.
February 2020
Room for growth.
Insurance Claims Adjuster in Sugar Land:
Pros: I appreciate how much room for growth there is in this market. Lots of opportunities come on line in Texas and across the nation.
Cons: Not much room for negotiation and the entire bonus/raise compensation process is very obscure
January 2020
Undervalued.
Insurance Claims Adjuster in Richardson:
Pros: I enjoy being able to complete my job without being micromanaged
Cons: Not being appreciated or valued for going well above and beyond
August 2019
Sucks.
Insurance Claims Adjuster in Liberty Lake:
Pros: The pay
Cons: The type of work
