Inside Sales Representative in Portland:
Mostly stress free but career development is a frustrating mess. Internal postings are plagued with soviet block system that plays ludicrous favoritism. The promotions in the inside sales team are supposed to be based on performance and "perception . Sadly the only consistency for promotions goes to whomever just had baby. Want to get promoted? Just have a your significant other pop out a kid, or get pregnant yourself. Easy peasy. Benefits such as pto , 401 k, and good insurance make up for the other frustrations.

Working as an Inside Sales Rep at TWI can be great. It can be tough to work in the office with all the other offices. Many out of town sales people work from home and do not understand the distractions that come with working in the office every day.
Inside Sales Representative in Las Vegas:
Pros: The employer is great. The owners of the company truly do care about their employees. Middle management has always seemed to be the problem at TWI, but it seems that some of the tides have turned that the middle management knows how to do the job and so now the upper management has stepped back. Middle managers and supervisors aren't getting paid enough and being asked to do to much, while the upper managers take all the glory. It is a delicate balance that has not yet been figured out here.
Cons: There seems to be less and less training with more and more expected results.
