Inside Sales Representative Reviews
What is it like working as an Inside Sales Representative?
October 2022
Absurd people in this company.
Inside Sales Representative in Elmsford:
Pros: I like my co-workers, but they aren't enough reason to stay here.
Cons: There are plenty of absurd people in this company, and most of them are from the management. The managers like to ask unreasonable things from the employees. They also have the habit of setting unreachable goals and get disappointed when employees fail them 99% of the time. The people in the management seem too detached from the workplace and the industry because they are obviously clueless based on what goals they set.

Inside Sales Representative in St. Louis:
Seriously run as far away as fast as possible. I was a full time employee, 2 years. Upper management is horrible in every way possible. HR doesn’t do anything about it as well. They care zero about you. Plain and simple as that. Since I have left six others have left for the same terrible reasons. It’s a shame really, they used to have a great reputation. But current upper management has shredded moral and shredded their reputation within the industry.
