Pros: Its enjoyable being able to help customers and contractors with there needs on a daily basis. It's very rewarding seeing a project come together and extremely rewarding knowing you played a small role.
Cons: High stress during the busiest seasons. Large sums of money in play for many transactions. Very little room for error.
