Pros: Most importantly having an eye for every minute detail, effective communication with existing customer's & the new customer's in the pipeline, Timely closure of sales for better productivity & achieving sales targets, Timely collection of payment & smooth operation management with the end customer is very important in any service Industry. Customer is King.
Cons: Monotonous, Money paid is far too less as compared to the efforts made both in Marketing , Sales Coordination plus various activities to achieve targets with complete customer satisfaction.
Administration clubbed with Sales Coordination creates additional work for the Employee which indirectly effects the quality of work as Inside Sales Coordinator.
Benifits should be minimum of 4000/- to 7000/- per month .
