Provide tier 2 support to end users facing issues with their computers, printers, network (wired & wireless) as well as account provisioning/support.
Basically, it's our job to make sure everyone feels supported, that we are closing as many tickets as possible and only escalate to a sys admin / program manager when there are system configuration issues that are out of our scope of work.
It's a great way to learn about multiple applications, gain more skills and figure out where you want to head to for the future (career wise).
