Boundaries are no Bonus.
Information Technology (IT) Manager:
* One of the most important things to do as an IT manager is to ask the right questions to both people and google search. And if you don't know, say so then find out until you know.
* Have clear boundaries for yourself and make sure that you say No to extra work for no extra pay, especially if you are uncomfortable with the request.
* Log your hours. Otherwise its difficult to motivate why to give a promotion or raise.
