Pros: I love the people I work with. We are all very focused on our job, but care about each other in a personal capacity. My boss is amazing and gives me the freedom I need to work without being micromanaged. She is always there when I ask for help. I really like my clients and helping them in the extremely difficult situations they are in. I enjoy helping people who most need it and do not have the financial resources to obtain legal representation in the private sector.
