Continual Improvements For A Better Work Environment.
ISO Coordinator:
Pros: Being able to help assist in the continual improvements that will help our company grow and will better satisfy the needs of our customers.
Working with others and listening to their views and responses so that we can make improvements and implement new things, makes me enjoy my job.
Cons: With a small business, we are lacking in lead management roles and who is the real person in charge. People are not held responsible for their actions and are allowed to continue to stay and work even when they are not doing their job properly. This lowers the moral of others and those who are hard working and doing a good job like myself when those are getting the same praise for doing the wrong or bad work and we are always doing great work.
