Human Resources (HR) Supervisor:
Pros: Supervisor and his/her clients learn in different way. They learn by reflecting participant‘s experience. The essential attitude in supervision is that the real job experts are the people who are doing that job. That is why only the clients can tell what decisions would be the most effective in their situation. Supervisor is an expert in other way –he/she is able to facilitate the process of finding solutions and making decisions.
Cons: Supervision is not a form of traditional training. Supervisor does not give lectures, organise workshops, and give "know all" advices or "magical recipes". His goal is not to impress you by a perfect method. Life (and as well professional life) is much more difficult than any recipes, theories or methods...
