Human Resources (HR) Generalist Reviews

What is it like working as a Human Resources (HR) Generalist?

November 2018
Human Resources (HR) Generalist:
Erb is a wonderful and growing company. It has a family feel to it, with our potlucks, community BBQ's, and other wonderful events. A transport industry is not where I thought I would end up, but I am sure glad I did with Erb. There is a variety of different office, warehouse, shop, and driving positions. Erb has average benefits but is intrinsically rewarding due to recognition, open door policies, and open communication. The company strives for excellence everyday and is always looking for ways to improve and add excellent talent to our family.
