Human Resources (HR) Generalist in Rosemont:
Pros: I love my team and feel as though for the most part my company is fair. They offer many benefits to employees and listen to the needs of the organization as a whole. Reyes Holdings is always seeking to improve and grow which provides a positive environment.
Cons: I don't feel like Reyes Holdings values or rewards it's long term employees. Those who are loyal to the company are often shorted because their pay is determined by their previous role/pay and not the role and responsibilities they are taking on. Meaning a new employee will come in with the same or similar skill sets and offered more for a role than an existing employee who applies for the same role because they are currently making a lot less and they know they will accept less although they are expected to perform at the same level or even better than the new employee.
