TRE is best known for work/life balance. The work hours are fairly flexible, depending on the position. My coworkers are amazing and supportive, and they make my job enjoyable. TRE has grown quite a bit in the last couple of years, so typical growing pains. Leaders are intentional on creating a supportive work environment. They are open and always willing to lend an ear.
