A Day In The Life Of A HR Assistant At Avon.
Human Resources (HR) Assistant:
Pros: The fact that I'm never bored, there's always something to do.
Working with the different individuals and their different personalities; the diversity.
Starting something from scratch and seeing it to the end.
Seeing happy and satisfied employees because of something that I managed to help them with.
Being entrusted by Associates to provide them with the correct information and required assistance.
Cons: The team I work amongst.
The work load sometimes gets too much.
The ever-changing operating procedures.
The management style.
Being kept in the dark about certain things that I feel I need to know. For example, my future with the company.
The fact I'm not a permanent employee when I feel that I've proven myself thus far.

Definitely ask exactly what are your job responsibilities - I.e., will you be doing exactly your job responsibility or does it mysteriously happen that you are the department receptionist instead.
