Human Resources (HR) Assistant:
You must be organized. You need to have a work/flow chart for each job responsibility.

Corporate Culture.
Human Resources (HR) Assistant:
Pros: NM has a wide variety of diversity. Therefore, cultures play a big part in employee assistance. Although I love learning new cultures and being around people, my real love is for organization. The HR dept requires a lot of organization. From dates to numbers. These must always be accurate.
Cons: No raises.
January 2015
Variety.
Human Resources (HR) Assistant:
Pros: Coworkers, administration, days are busy, active and fulfilling. Flexibility to work additional time for family obligations. I'm approachable and my door is always open for people to stop in. Stress level can be high at times. Management is approachable and reasonable.
Cons: Stress can be high from other peoples "bad days", Sounding board for everyone and all their problems, the good and the bad. I can have a constant revolving door and then I can't get to the things that need to be completed. Not being treated fairly for what I do. Compensation in wages for what I do.
