Pros: Flexibility, relaxed, fun atmosphere, interesting and challenging work, learning and opportunities for self-development, the people, team events.
Cons: Less time, more work, frustration in teaching managers HR concepts, some better tools/equipment to do the job.

Pros: Recruitment, selection, on boarding, orientation, benefits administration, performance management, interpretation of policy, procedures and applicable legislation, health and safety, leave management, payroll calculation, contract, budget forecasting.
Cons: Office and secretarial duties, office orders, coordinating facilities, mailing, courier, IT liaising, lease and insurance, the management.

Love My Knew Job.
Human Resources (HR) Assistant:
Pros: The thing I like most about my Knew job is knowing that I can learn more than operating machines. My Favorite part of some of many things I do is Reading results of background checks, and giving new hires orientation. I am truly a people person.
Cons: I do not type well and do not like it or enjoy it. However when I first started I was only using one finger.
