Unsatisfying.

April 2020
Unbelievable work and its surroundings.
Human Resources (HR) Administrator in Cape Town:
Pros: The surroundings. The people and of cause the mountain. It has a nice balance between, inland and coastal area. If you feel like going for a hike in the mountain you are welcome to do so. Same to be said with the beach. If you feel like a swim, go to the beach and have a relaxing day to read and chill.
Cons: The crime is a bit high but that is the case in most parts of South Africa and in other countries.
February 2020
Progress can be slower behind the scenes.
Human Resources (HR) Administrator in Basingstoke:
Company's that grow rapidly in size over a few years, does not mean that the management styles will adapt as rapidly. I have found that most Management will still be set in their 'small company' ways and it will take a lot of training to help change their way of managing larger teams and higher targets in a more efficient way.
February 2020
Okay.
Human Resources (HR) Administrator in Dallas:
Pros: I really like the people that work here. The people are great to work with because they all care, get their job done, and lead a positive environment.
Cons: I least like the way things are run. There's several big "secrets" and things tend to run backwards. the management acts like they care, but when I learn more about them, most of them end up giving off that they actually only care about what makes them look better. They cover things up so internally people don't know and externally everything looks like a well-oiled machine. This is clearly not the case.
December 2019
It gives me the opportunity to work in an IT space and to hone my IT skills while rendering HR services.
Human Resources (HR) Administrator in Lagos:
Pros: The employee relations.
Cons: Resumption
