Pros: My work in my community as an advisor for extracurricular events and my agency to create culturally relevant and socially conscious curriculum to shape the aspirations of our talented youth.
Cons: Nothing. I love my job and my school community. The cost of living in NYC is just too high. Regretfully, this means I must research my options.
