Cons: I am doing everything that the Wellness Director does, in a memory care unit, but I can't have a director title or pay, and I'm not salaried. Management can micro-manage at times, which is frustrating.

Be prepared to manage care associates who are not very professional. They do not do what their job description requires. You must have strong, no nonsense personality because people will test your ability to treat everyone the same. These people try to do the least amount of work as possible if you are not there to monitor their work performance.
