Bad Management.

Pros: My Coworkers
Cons: Bad management and lack of communication. Doing the CSO's job while she sits and visits with other employees but expects to get our job done in a timely manor on top of our teller duties.

Pros: My fellow employees and the customer focused corporate culture, flexible scheduling.
Cons: The pay, the increasing focus on sales and standardization of performance metrics, becoming more and more like every other bank, quality of management and therefore stress level varies greatly from store to store, leading to inconsistent customer and employee satisfaction.

Pros: I mostly like the way it requires attention to details, and interactive part of job;also the way it allows me to connect with people just by serving them well.
Cons: The consistency of activities I perform daily...i do the same thing every day till the end of the year.
