The job was what I expected I knew what I was getting into. I can be hard. But the job is fun if you love what you do. This is a great place to work. My only advice state what you want salary wise in the beginning. Don't assume they are going start you out at one thing then find out different when its to late.

Love what you do with a passion other wise this industry will eat you alive.have massive amounts of patients, and be loving to the servers even if they are not to wise. Give back what you are knowledgeable in other wise you will never grow in this industry.
January 2015
Fun.
Head Chef:
Pros: People who I work with, career, money, food dishes made by me, creating a menu, costing the menu, choosing who I work with mostly, working along all day by myself, telling myself what to do,
Cons: When things go wrong, like wasting 1 hour on a dish you prepared that didn't turn out like you expected because of one minor thing you forgot to do, customers saying the food was to salty, customers missing their meals by myself and waiters no tutting the order through properly and the having to wait even longer while everyone on their table got their food but them.. That also holds up other people who placed a order soon after them and have to wait longer because the waiter forgot to put that through or did it wrongly.
