Pros: I can entertain anyone. Bringing smiles and great food to anyone that approaches my grill
Cons: Making minimum wage as a base wage, and having my tips cover a guaranteed wage. I feel my tips should be just tips and instead of making minimum as a base wage I should get the base wage of my guaranteed rate and the tips should be split and not used to cover what the company won't pitch out.

Cons: Some manager they dis like be because I am fast and willing to help and they get me to do everything at nights when our daily night duty's should be split and shared and its not.
I get no help if needed but expect me to do everything
