Under Appreciated.
Graphic Designer in Raleigh:
Pros: I work with some of the brightest people I've ever worked with.
Cons: Not being appreciated, no mentoring, no path or 5 year plan... I will retire with fixed, and very poor earnings.

I don't recommend anyone to do a job in KSA, because of kafeel system. You cannot switch your job without the permission of your current employer, even if you are offering double. Without employer's Traveling to your home country is not permissible.
Graphic Designer in Jeddah:
Pros: Being a Muslim I love to visit Makkah and Madinah. These places are really sacred to us. Makkah is 70-80 minutes away from Jeddah.

The same case with traveling to your home country, without employer's permission you can't go anywhere.

Pros: Nike is inclusive of all people of all walks of life. They are the most flexible and considerate companies I have ever worked for, and seem to be pretty fair when it comes to compensating their employees.
Cons: Nike is a massive company and as a result has a massive company complex with a large number of buildings and structures. Getting to and from the campus is the worst part since traffic is out of control here sometimes.

Pros: I like being close to home and seeing the progress being made in the area.
Cons: I believe the place is what you make of it, however the attitude and communication from the employer is always a defining metric of employee satisfaction.

Pros: I can work from home and I don't need to commute, so I can save time for giving it to myself and my family
Cons: I cannot see my work colleagues and it can create confusion in communication. My work is more production than strategic work. I am always really busy, lacking enough time to explore the best possibility to solve the problem.

Graphic Designer in New Westminster:
Pros: I can work from home and I don't waste time commuting, giving me more free time a day
Cons: I spent large periods of time in front of my computer and I am developing back pain and knee pain because I don't move too much. It is always very busy during work hours.
