Graduate Civil Engineer:
Small companies aren’t necessarily for everyone. There’s lots of exposure with very little guidance which can be tricky for newbies in the work place. Management is great, benefits are questionable cause they insist on a specific broker, compensation is barely ever negotiable so your earning potential grows at turtle speed (below inflation)
