Pros: A lot of work to be done, a lot of positions to be filled not a lot people are willing to do the work no matter the position needed to be filled
Cons: Have to deal with a lot of impatient people and not make enough money when dealing with a certain situation and filling other peoples shift and not get recognized for your work
