You are treated like a business partner. You are able to make your in decisions.
General Manager in Columbia:
Pros: The workers.
Appreciated by the customers and I appreciate them for being loyal to me. They chose my unit out of all the places in the area they can eat. It’s a pleasure to see them every day.
Cons: Over loading the workers by Constant adding items to the menu.

Overworked, underpaid, understaffed, under appreciated.
General Manager in Aberdeen:
Cons: Expected to work 50-60 hours a week but not go over on payroll, even though scheduling a regular 8 hour shift automatically puts you over. Company asks for too much of one persons time and forgets that person has a personal life. Doesn’t compensate to adjust for time spent working. I have worked shifts for free

Support from Senior Leadership. Company is more about Family, they practice what the preach and I have personally encountered, I highly appreciate senior leadership appreciating their Teams during their tough times.
