Pros: The Guests are wonderful and count on us to be there to take care of them!
Cons: The Economy and the pay!! I work so hard and deserve a lot more money per hour for what I do at work!! We work hard and our sales are always up!

Pros: The people I work with are genuine and most are team players. We are not given enough resources to achieve the goals set by corporate.

Pros: I enjoy working with the team members we have at Ross, the discount is useful, and the customer's are okay.
Cons: Managers will return anything, as though the store is a garage sale or thrift store. Many of the part time employees are 18 years old and do not want to work. It becomes a headache.
