Best customer service ever!

Pros: Provide the best customer service ever! I'm a people-person, and speak Portuguese fluently and I am able to also communicate with the Spanish community! I love my job!
Cons: Well, not really anything I can think of! I love my job! I do get up at 4-5 am. It would be nice to start a little later on rather than at 7 am., but that's ok.
