What is it like working as a Food Service Worker?

June 2021
It's stressful when the other employees don't do their job.

Cons: The other employees not doing their jobs
May 2021
Under appreciated.
Food Service Worker in Bloomfield:

Cons: Management, lack of communication, unprofessional behavior
April 2021
Working at Pizza Capers.
Food Service Worker in Brisbane:
Pros: Easy hours for studying, good for learning how to cope with stress and high speed environments.
Cons: Can be stressful and busy.
March 2021
Great Company.
Food Service Worker in Racine:
Pros: Kwik trip is an amazing company. Benefits are great.
Cons: There seems to be this psychological ownership of each employee. Each and every coworker has some sort of guilt if they were not able to complete their job. Especially third shift. If you’re hired, be prepared to take initiative and work. Show up to work. Move fast. Stay on your toes.
March 2021
Most Management is incompetent, rude, toxic and lies to customers and employees..
Food Service Worker in Colorado Springs:
Pros: Some good people, get to help people.
Cons: You will never get a raise. Managers care more about their bonuses than employees. They break labor laws (paid breaks) and really push the limits of part time/intermittent employees. Nearly full hours with no benefits. They also are short staffed for anyone who does any actual labor due to people leaving from the aforementioned, forcing anyone who isn't a supervisor to do the job of at least 2 people to compensate.
March 2021
It’s literally a prison system.
Food Service Worker in Burns:
Pros: The customer service
Cons: The fact that my current store director is manipulated me multiple times, does not take employees concerns seriously, does not fairly treat his employees, as well as reduce my wages that we’re all company raised to a lower number because of the department that they transferred me to without my say.
March 2021
Good place to work.
Food Service Worker in Fort Walton Beach:
Pros: Benefits are awesome. Only employer that’ll give you full time benefits for a part time job.
Cons: Drama. Management feeds directly into it
