How long it would take for everyone to accept your position.

Patience, it takes time for your employees and others to accept you. It cannot be forced, it will come and in time you will be able to make the changes you want. But it will not happen fast. You must first gain there trust and then you can move. To much change too fast, you will only get push back.

Pros: The good thing in my current position, my superior gave me lots of space to unleash my potential and creativity towards target.
Cons: No matter how hard I'm work, I still feel that the paycheck which I have received on monthly basis not balance up with my contribution and responsibility. In simple word of explanation - Under paid professional and Engineering practitioner.
